For over 20 years, Nick Miles and his family have been hosting folks from across the globe for dove hunts that are second to none. From your time in the blind to downtime around the fire, you come as a guest, and leave as a part of the family.

Hunting You Have To See To Believe

Join us in the middle of nowhere for a dove hunt you'll never forget. Nick and his team set up a bedouin tent, a lunch camp, where they cook everything from short ribs and flank steak to sausage and picanha (a piece of ass). We'll take a break midday to relax, rest our shooting arms, and feast. It's an experience in itself.

Go 150 years back in time at Estancia La Catalina (named after Nick's grandmother). From the time you arrive until the time you part, you're a part of the Miles family. Enjoy stories around the dinner table with Peter, relax around the fire and take in the sunset, and hunt with hunters. Cooking with meats is Argentine, it's authentic, and at Miles & Miles, it's done incredibly well. The high quality of meat paired with old family recipes is one of the highlights of the experience here. The Malbec wine is the insignia of Argentina. At 920 meters above sea level, this French grape has flourished, inspiring an entire culture of wine dating back to the 1850's.

Day By Day

From the time you arrive until the time we part ways, every aspect of your trip is taken care of. We want you to relax, focus on the hunting, and take in all that the Argentina hill country has to offer.

Plan your Trip

Day 1

Arrive at Miles & Miles to meet the family, meet the hosts, and settle into your rooms as we unwind from the travel there with a bottle of Malbec and prepare for an incredible dove hunt.

Day 2

Wake up to the fire burning. The smell of smoke, wood, leather, and coffee fill the air. A Hot cup of Argentinian brew is waiting with a homemade breakfast. Get ready for a full day of epic dove hunting with your hosts in the Córdoba hill country.

Day 3

After a night's sleep, get ready to get up early for another full-day of epic dove hunting. Get fueled up with breakfast and coffee then get ready to head back into the hills. Enjoy another luxurious camp lunch with the report of shotguns in the background.

Day 4

Our final day at Estancia La Catalina. We'll wake up with another coffee and breakfast, pack our things, say our farewells and be on the way home with plenty of memories made with our gracious hosts, the Miles family.
